The 6 Week Weight Loss Challenge has launched! We are still accepting new participants through the end of the week. If you can make it to the Thursday 1/3 or Friday 1/4 morning classes, just bring yourself about half an hour before class to get registered and initial measurements. If you would like to participate but can't make it to one of these classes, please reach out to us to set up a special appointment.

You’re ready to make The Resolution, come join us to act on it! You’ll get access to all of our Fitness classes, a nutrition consultation, periodic weigh-ins and body measurements, and a great, motivating support system! Complete against yourself and others for a chance to take home the Grand Prize: (3) months of membership to all Fitness classes, (2) free personal training sessions, and a Devos Fitness T-shirt! You’ve been thinking about it, now is the time to get started!
TERMS AND DETAILS
Minimum of 8 participants required. Challenge will start the first week of January and run through Friday, February 15. Initial weigh-in and body measurements can be done at any class between Wednesday, January 2 and Friday, January 4, before class. (Stats are more accurate when taken early in the day, so if you can make it to a morning class for these that is recommended.) After the initial statistics are taken, weigh-ins will occur once a week and follow-up measurements every 2 weeks to track your progress. Your nutrition consultation will take place at the same time as your initial measurements. You will receive advice and some helpful tools to make staying on track easier. After the Challenge ends, the winner will be determined as the participant who has the greatest weight loss as a percentage of starting body weight.
