We wanted to develop a program that works within our regular fitness classes where clients can measure and rate their own progress. Essentially competing with yourself, we've written a list of benchmark points that everyone can work toward and "test" for on their own schedule, in their own time. Different activities include cardio and stamina, strength training, and self-improvement that provide opportunities to benchmark where you start, and a real, tangible goal to work toward. To make it even more appealing, for every client that hits ten achieved benchmarks, Devos Fitness will send you for a half-hour fitness photo session, so you can forever document your progress.

1 Mile Run in 9 Minutes or Less
1 Mile Run in 7 Minutes or Less
25 "Perfect" Push-Ups
50 "Perfect" Push-Ups
10 Bicep Pull-Ups
10 Back (Lat) Pull-Ups
Up Sally complete song (push-ups)
Plank for 3 Minutes or More
Complete an Official 5K
Jumping Rope for 3 Minutes
Jumping Rope for 5 Minutes
